George,

Love your site and read every post when it arrives at my reader.

Notice you are reading “Hard Facts.” I just finished it and have done a couple of blogs about it – first one will be published 26 July, and the second one on 28 July. They’ll be at http://www.kentblumberg.com.

George,
I just wanted to say thanks so much for inspiring me. Your site is usually arming me with the knowledge I need in the next week, or two. I find it incredibly empowering, challenging, and energizing. It helps me push through the opposition and to see things I was not perceiving before. I am so greatful for the resources and summaries you publish.

great site, useful information, simple and accessible. I am constructing a leadership development seminar for a small local business, came upon you thru a google search looking for leadership practice models and found your “iceberg” model nicely laid out! thanks!

I just discovered your blog searching for online resources of personal leadership philosophy as recommended reading for someone whom I am mentoring.

You have a real wealth of information here — I look forward to digging through the old material and reading the new!

George,

Like most bloggers I scan other blogs endlessly. I’m entering college in my 40′s and am humbled by the notion of taking on weighty intellectual topics. While doing some research I found your blog. Have just scratched the surface, but am enthusiastic. Keep up the good work!

Cheers!
