My favorite here is innovation. We all know a leader needs to be creative, but how they act on their creativity can make all the difference in a work place. Marketing, employee satisfaction, and profit are all webbed into this innovation. Companies shouldn't try to adopt ideas to compete with competitors, rather they should birth their own ideas to make competition. So much can be said about these five tasks but nice work.
