Reminds me of the Albert Einstein quote - A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new. 

I know we don&#039;t employee people to make mistakes and too often we hear - you can do 100 things right and do 1 thing wrong and you will be remebered for that 1 wrong thing - how sad :(
