What a great list. I am going to have to check this book out; right after I read "The Expert's Edge," by Ken Lizotte, which also has some great points on leadership.

Excellent leadership book.
Many years ago this was used for the promotional examination process at work.
Most of those books you slog through, this one, however, was interesting and
practical.
