Living on purpose is critical.  It is something I resolved to do the last time I changed jobs, and yet after a year or so I found myself taking on things I didn&#039;t really want or intend to excel at.  

On the Brink of a new job it is key to go in with a PLAN for at least the next year and then check progress regularly.  Thanks for the reminder,</description>
