		<description>I like these questions. They serve to flesh out my second favorite piece of time management advice: when you&#039;re feeling totally rushed or overwhelmed stop completely, stare out the window or walk around the block for 10 minutes. 

It occurs to me that when I take this advice what happens is that answers to your questions come into my head, even though I may not have explicitly asked myself the questions. I&#039;m grateful to have this list of questions, however, so I have the option to use them to add structure to my ten minute &quot;reality check&quot; time.</description>
