		<description>This is a wonderful post!  Clear definition of authenticity ... and brand as well.  My personal bias is that a deep and profound understanding of our strengths -- the talents and gifts that underpin our passions and skills -- is essential to creation of a leadership brand.  When I really get my strengths, and how they apply in leadership, I can present myself authentically and clearly.
