Great article. I love the tip to ask questions and listen to answers. As a manager, I love it when people come to me for with questions. I have learned to simple ask questions in return and empower them to end up making their own decision on it. Of course sometimes guide things a little based on your own decisions but whenever you have a chance to allow someone else to make the decision with guiding questions, you learn new things as they respond, and they learn its OK to make similar decisions on their own in the future!
