		<description>Good list. The only thing I see missing is the idea of consolidating your discretionary time into blocks of at least an hour to an hour and a half to allow you to do significant work.</description>

		<description>Great collection of items George, if everyone just did half of those things, management wouldn&#039;t have the bad rep&#039; it has today.

As for me, I do #2, #6 and #7 the most and need to do more of #4 and #4.
