A test of your leadership?

This question is challenging! Leadership is not about position, title, status or prestige and it’s definitely not about controlling people or exercising authority. Leadership is more than  the role we have… it is a life we lead! It’s about freeing people to exercise their full potential within teams and organisations. So… if you consider the above question, as it applies to you… what would your honest answer be? Without the title or position would you still be committed to your vision and purpose?
