		<description>Those questions hit the nail on the mark, and most I have asked myself frequently to keep myself on track. One that really appealed to me, as something I hadn&#039;t really thought about before was &quot;Am I staying in my strength zone?&quot;. I never really thought about that, but I guess that I am constantly fretting about the weaker areas, and it certainly does make a whole lot of sense to strengthen the better areas - for compensation you can delegate :D</description>
