You know, we read this book as a leadership team. It didn't tell us anything we didn't already know... and the first thing our manager did was tell us we would be held accountable for doing these with our work groups.... which seemed to me to be the 'wrong end of the pyramid' to start...

Our team read it and I thought it didn't offer anything I didn't already know. Our team knew it was dysfunctional and why. Perhaps we would have benefited more as a group from the follow-up book.
