You must keep asking why…….. Why? Because no-one is thinking when…….

Everyone is talking and no-one is listening….!
Intellectualism is feted more than simplicity in your dept…..!
Research is used for support not illumination…..!
You talk about ‘consumers’ not people…..!
You have information not insights…..!
The boss is always right…..!
All your powerpoint decks look the same…..!
Ideas are the job of creatives…..!
Data is seen to be more important than behaviour…..!
The client is always right…..!
Everyone analyses rather than synthesises…..!
Dialogue is more important than conversations……!
You judge creative work rather than create it…..!
You think there is one answer…..!
People around you believe that efficiency is more important than effectiveness….!
That it is ok to think incremental improvements are a long term solution….!

No one is thinking when everyone is managing and no one is leading!
