I thought you might be interested in seeing the leadership competencies model in use within the British National Health Service.  See my most recent post (01/10/07).

Noel Tichy&#039;s point about &quot;...A Focus on Getting Things Done.….vision without execution equals hallucination&quot; resonates with the NHS&#039;s 3rd category titled &#039;Delivering the Service&#039; though as you can see from my post, I worry that local CEOs in the NHS are under so much pressure to &#039;deliver&#039; they can easily stop paying attention to other important aspacts of leading effectively.</description>
