		<description>I agree with Gordon re A &amp; R  being too much alike. They are both focused on resources. But I don&#039;t see how changing R to Resourced adds value. I am thinking how to lead a group through this process and would also like an exercise that clearly distinguishes A from R.... Looking around but haven&#039;t figured out how I will do it yet.</description>
