Well done! I think about those laws now whenever I make decisions on hiring people. One other thing which I belive as a supposed ‘leader’ is how much the people around me are affected by me. Someone at work sent me this 2 minute ’self analysis’ test which shows what kind of leader you are. The tips it gave me is something else I think about what hiring people. I found this book to be very easy to read and the short stories really helped bring the Laws to life. Especially if you are a sports enthusiast or a Civil War buff.
